DETROIT, Jan. 28 (UPI) -- Federal agents Friday tried to find a man who called 911 from metro Detroit and threatened to kill President Bush and the city's mayor.
The U.S. Secret Service is investigating the threat, which was determined to have come from Detroit's east side Wednesday night, WDIV-TV, Detroit, reported Friday.
Detroit police were sent to Detroit's east side but only found businesses and a cell tower, the station said.
Federal agents hoped a recording of the 911 call would help identify the caller, who threatened Bush and Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick.
Prolly just a run-of-the-mill whackjob, as the President is a conservative R, and the Detroit Mayor is a far left D.
Would UPI report this if the Detroit Mayor had not been mentioned?
How could someone hate Bush and Kwame at the same time? What is this guy, bipolar?
President Bush and Kwasi Kwamee?
I was wondering that myself. Who would target both?
....?
Sounds like someone who hates everybody
I guess if you have to be a psychopath, it's best to be an equal opportunity one.
snort!
LOL!
Michael Moore making phone calls again...sheesh! The MOORE-ON should just give it up!
Me thinks he is a prime example of why people should say no to drugs.
I hope the Secret Service catches the guy and scares him so bad he won't ever consider making true on his threat. That being said...something about threatening the Detroit mayor too made the threat against President Bush seem less serious. What's the corollary between the two?
OPINION - SPECULATION: Since the alleged threat appears to be against President Bush AND the mayor; it would seem that the person delivering the threat hates Americans -- period. Just a guess...
Carl Levin!!
What's this guy's DU screen name?
LOL!
