Sanger's career illustrates that Marxism/Leninism/Communism/Socialism are just the other side of the totalitarian coin from Fascism/Nazism. I believe she was a major fan of Hitler's policies directed at eliminating "defectives" from the gene pool and she was very clear in her writings that Planned Parenthood was intended to slow the reproduction of non-white Northern European (Can you say Aryan?
