Washington State - Vote fraud counts
KING-5
| Wash State GOP
Posted on 01/26/2005 5:14:36 PM PST by djf
The Washington State GOP has just ended a news conference where they reavealed the latest numbers in the hotly contested race betwen Gregoire and Rossi.
The current numbers of votes in question are:
Felons - 240 Deceased - 44 Duplicates - 16 Illegal provisional ballots - 437
total - 737
All indications are that as they keep investigating, these numbers will grow.
Democrats are arguing that the issue should be decided by the legislature. The court hearing in Chelan county that took place last Thursday rescheduled further court action until Feb 4th., and denied the Democrats motions to dismiss the case.
From what I understand of WAC, if the number of disputed ballots exceeds the margin of victory (129) then a new election is mandated, not the option of the legislature.

Gee, let me guess. ALL of those voters were DemonRATS, weren't they? I hope the Republicans stay on top of this.

"Democrats are arguing that the issue should be decided by the legislature."
The only reason they are arguing this is because they know that they'll have no chance in court now that someone has finally decided to hear the case.

I think the fact that the Dems are arguing for the legislature to decide shows that it is almost a done deal somehow that the election is going to be voided.

Even if you split the right down the middle, the margin is within 129 votes. To retain any semblence of integrity and th preserve the democratic process, the courts ought to declare that the cannot be determined from the current results and order a new election.

The current numbers of votes in question are:...... total - 737 <<< This total does not include the 1800+ ballots in King County that have no matching record of a voter appearing on election day.
Nor does it include the 430+ Provisional Ballots that were "inadvertently" co-mingled with regular ballots before being verified as legitimate.

Interesting. I've only heard it referred to by what I posted until today.

Thank God, finally, maybe some resolution to this mess! Everyone (who knows anything)knew the Dimocraps were intent on stealing elections anyway possible, but Washington seems to be the only place they came close to succeeding!

Democrats were so keen on 'counting every vote'. I guess it didn't occur to them this might include 'uncounting' invalid votes.

Is there a State Police in WA state?
I wonder if they will have to forcibly remove the democrat candidate from the Governor's office -- once it is shown that she is sitting there due to election fraud.
