After occasionally smoking pot for almost 40 years, you are full of shiite with your "i know somebody..." BS. There is not any argument to be made for the WOD. The only people winning are the law enforcement folk, and the lawyers. Just follow the money! Your kin and friends didn't die from smoking a little hemp... or other substance. They died from poor judgement.
More folk have been damaged by alcohol and killed, than by the rest of all drugdom.
Your calling people by names, and trying to be cute with your phrasing, is not scoring points. Your "feelings" are worthless, in the face of simple logic. Unfortunately, all through life, there are those that wish to control the lives of others. You seem to be one of them... Read your constitution, and bone up on the source wisdom of our country! When you have some wisdom to share, let us know. In the meantime...

I don't appreciate being called a fool or being accused of being a drug user. I am neither. And for that matter, I do not advocate the use of illegal drugs. The only thing I've been saying in this thread is that I don't like the way the 4th Amendment is losing more and more of its force, and in the particular post you were responding to I was talking about the problem of selective enforcement of the laws where certain types of people are much more likely to be harassed by police looking for drugs even if they don't use them, and are much more likely to be punished for it if they do use them.
