That's why the Democrats love illegals. As for the Republicans, they are afraid to complain, because a) the media paints them as heartless grinches; and b) it only makes all the illegals even more eager to vote for the Democrats.

Add for the Republicans that the love illegals, too, for their business supporters. Cheap labor, no benefits, social-education-health services at taxpayer expense. Thus, businesses get a bigger profit margin, because the taxpayers are picking up the social=education=health expenses of the illegals.

As Victor Davis Hanson said, the Dems love the votes and
plenty of Republicans love the cheap labor. BOTH major
parties (and especially Bush) are failing us. The vast
majority of the people want to control illegal immigration.
Studies show that each illegal receives about $25,000
per person per year in social services ABOVE what he
contributes in labor or taxes. Meanwhile, we live amidst
the crime, bankrupt school districts, insolvent hospitals
and higher taxes to deal with the crisis. And the world
is laughing at the great Superpower that can't even
control its own borders. I'm sure bin Laden and other
terrorists are also laughing -- and making plans.
