I am in total agreement with you. When I heard the news I said that it was probably Muslim vengeance that did this especially when I heard the father voiced his opinions over a chat room. This was even before the news came out with the speculation that it might be Muslim fanatics. I wish more attention was paid to the dilemma of Christians (and others) that live in Muslim countries. We hear dribs and drabs. OK we heard about the Chaldean archbishop getting kidnapped then released in Mosul. If American troops weren't in Iraq, we'd never hear any of the struggle of Christians there....although under Saddam, Christians weren't particularly bothered. The same is for Christians in Syria, under Baathist rule, Christians aren't living the high life, but are not particularly bothered...especially because the Assad's are Alawites, a heterodox Muslim sect that is despised by Sunnis (don't know what Shias think of them). In Egypt it happens to be quite bad for the Coptic Christians....there's a lot of detail on Coptic websites. Now the worst is Saudi Arabia. Christian services for foreigners working there are held in secret. I had a friend who worked in Saudi Arabia for a number of years. He is Catholic, and they had mass once in awhile in an apartment with all the curatins drawn etc etc just like the catacombs. I love the tolerant Muslim religion

We must remain alert and vigilant. We cannot let this incident be swept into the dustbins of the news cycle.
They (FBI, CIA, Homeland Security) are going to whitewash this as they did TWA 800, in order to prevent panic and vigilantism.
