This country continues to be built on the back of hard working, dedicated immigrants.

As the grandson of two legal immigrants and the husband of one, I object to your calling these people "immigrants."

They are illegal aliens and criminals.

They have no permission to be here, their status is in no way permanent, and thus they don't even meet the formal definition of the word "immigrant."

Under the Bush plan, they'll all get "guest worker" cards.

ditto that. It really makes it hard for the people coming over her legally . The politically correct does not want to use the term "illegal aliens". These people should not be referred to as immigrants. I feel that until someone gets tough with illegal immigration laws , start deporting them as they are caught, fining companies, shutting them down, these people will continue to come over. It pretty sad to hear that these working conditions still exist in this country . They are breaking the law by coming over hear illegally
