Inauguration Day Protest
Website ^ | Unknown | Website

Posted on 01/11/2005 8:26:55 AM PST by BMC1

http://www.carrboro.com/dimeday.html is a website for the looney left to to get information on boycotting the economy on Inauguration Day.

These hate America first people want ALL Americans to not spend a dime in any store or even go to work on that day.

I urge all Americans to go out and spend money on Inauguration Day and help the economy. That is a way of telling the looney left they still don't get it.

Yesterday, I did something I've never done before.

I got out of my Volvo and snapped a STOP BUSH sign advertising an inaugural protest at the roots and removed it.

Felt GOOD.

This all precipitates from the (incorrect) notion that political change can occur by complaining about the status quo. How pathetic. Come up with some real ideas on how to make America a better place and well talk... Oh, and by the way more governmental control ain't it.

I occasionally check out the loony leftist website unitedforpeace.org to see what type of protests are planned for my area, just in case a little counterprotest is in order.

I'll second that, pardner. I'm still figuring out what I'll be getting, but it'll be big.

There was a thread on FR relating to this yesterday.

Unlike so many of these protestors, I don't have a trust fund. I have to be productive.

Since when do the Leftist idiots who come up with these silly plans have a dime to spend on ANY day? They are sitting in their government subsidized housing waiting for their monthly welfare check, which they blow all in one day on their crack and estacy habits, then shop at the food bank and salvation army for the rest of the month, while their children roam the streets stealing and breaking things instead of going to school.

With as much money as they're blowing on this little party, I think all of need to go to work, to pay taxes, so they can afford it.

I prefer the simple Jefferson walking back to his boarding house over the current expensive, self-aggrandizing dog and pony shows.

Oh yeah. Expensive sign, good milled wood, well assembled, plastic coated front and back for weatherproofing...
