NEW YORK--In a move designed to preserve the league’s image as a bastion of toughness and masculinity, the NFL has decided to place a cap on the gayness of touchdown dances. The flamboyant celebrations have grown extremely popular in recent years and, according to many around the league, have taken a sharp turn for the gay. Henceforth, all dances will be monitored by the league for sexually ambiguous content and those deemed “too gay” will result in a fine or suspension.

NEAL: "Del?"
DEL: "Huh?"
NEAL: "Why did you kiss my ear?"
DEL: "Why are you holding my hand?"
NEAL: "Where's your other hand?"
DEL: "Between two pillows."
NEAL: "Those aren't pillows!!!"
DEL & NEAL: "AAARRRRGGGGHHHHH
NEAL: "See that Bears game last week?"
DEL: "Yeah, hell of a game. Hell of a game. The Bears have a great team this year. They're gonna go all the way this year."

This satire pre-dates the Moss "incident."

Watch me make an A$$ of myself. I want to be respected like a Professional, but I act like a child when I score touchdowns. I will be the bigger child when it comes between me and T.O.

I believe it was Tom Landry who said that after scorring touchdowns, players should "act like they've been in the end zone before."

There is a quick and easy way to end all this child's play on the football field. If a player pulls a T.O. or Randy Moss after a great play, then the play does not count, and the team loses a down. I can promise you if a TD is called back, first down, etc... , then that will end it real quick. Especially, in tight games.

I think it was that Packer's coach whose name escapes me at the moment. In any case, "been in the end zone before?" Yikes.

I didn't take that player's actions to be offensive. One year, attending an Auburn-Alabama game, Alabama's elephant mascot bent over in front of the Auburn cheering secion holding a large sign that read "kiss this". I thought it was hysterical.

Why don't you kiss
kiss this
And I don't mean on my rosy red lips
Me and You
oh we are through
And there's only one thing left for you to do
You just come on over here one last time
Pucker up and close your eyes
and kiss this
good bye
