Who didn't vote? I want to know who the scumbags were that abstained.

I can only assume that Boxer was the single vote.

Some are out of country. Frist led a delegation to help in the wake of the Tsumami's.

Kerry is hiding in Iraq.

most of the GOP leadership was at a meeting at the White House with Bush. Others were at the Gonzales confirmation. They made sure they had enough votes, and weren't going to waste members' time with this stunt.
