The joint session of Congress only had about 100 attendees. Say 75 Sinators, that leaves 25 reps showed up.

My God, do we know how to waste money on these non-working losers!

There are 135 members of the House of Representatives that haven't voted either...

The House:
Nay: 261
Yea: 33

It was mentioned on C-Span that many members are out of town as the Congress will adjourn immediately afterwards until Jan. 20 when the inauguration occurs.
