Redmon seems to be doing a good job as an embedded journalist -- straight reporting. Of course, when you come within an inch of losing your life, telling the truth instead of writing lies might suddenly become more important.

Agreed. I went back and read his earlier submissions and didn't detect any malice so often found in Reuters or AP accounts.
