Well the "activists" in Chicago in '68 never enjoyed the low-tech wooden night stick either. I think the anger is that the the protester can't get close enough to tangle with the cops. Too bad...BUZZZ!

Any cop doing this to any of my kids just bought himself a front row seat to watching HIS kids get filleted like trout.
Putting the power of torture in the hands of cops makes them the legitimate target of retribution. They should remember there are worse things than death.
