Correct. But I understand they want to double the capacity. Southern Delmavar Peninsula is really nice, and Virgina Beach is getting awful crowded.

My point was more architectural ... the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel and the Monitor-Merrimack Memorial Bridge Tunnel are also "hideous slabs" by Morfords standards.
I consider them engineering marvels.
But then, I'm an engineer.
