Judas Priest, you must be kidding. Bob Dole was a great candidate in 1970, but he's not a contender any more. He's too liberal and too old to appeal to the two voter groups Republicans MUST get--the base, and as many women as possible.
I actually worked for Dole in 1988. Bush was a nightmare. But Dole wouldn't even win the Iowa caucus if he ran again, I bet, and I doubt he'd run anyway.
Liddy, on the other hand, now, SHE might be thinking seriously about it. But she's WAAAAAAAAAAY too liberal.
