Of course they are celebrating it. Haven't you heard that the vast majority of Americans oppose gay marriage? That the majority of voting age Americans still consider homosexuality to be wrong or abnormal? This is outrageous. I suppose next our students will be asked to sit through a play about bestiality and how to get in touch with the "animal within". Homosexuality is NOT normal. If it is genetic (and that's a big "if"), it is caused by gene mutations, and is not hereditary, for obvious reasons. The human race was designed to reproduce sexually and homosexuals cannot (without the help of science) participate in this reproduction. Homosexuals have taken themselves out of the chain of life and we are supposed to celebrate that? What about having an abstinence day at school? Yeah, right--that would never happen.
