DFU SONG: Christmas 2004 - Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer (what a great Christmas season)
DFU CHRISTMAS 2004 SONGS | 12-2004 | Lyrics, Doug from Upland

Posted on 12/11/2004 11:36:03 PM PST by doug from upland

MIDI - RUDOLPH THE RED-NOSED REINDEER

You know Kerry and Terry and Edwards and Beckel
Now that we've won it, they're so fun to heckle
But do you recall the most famous loser of all

Soros spent 20 million...and you ought to hear him vent
Straight down the moveon RAThole...that is where the money went

He would buy the election...but he got a big surprise
Misunderestimating...Dubya, Rove, and all their guys

When the SwiftVets came along...they were soon attacked
But the truth was on their side...for the traitor it's payback

When all the votes were counted...Bush had won it once again
But the RATS can't stop counting...what a bunch of girlymen

We're celebrating Christmas...they see their psychiatrists
They are still very angry...see them scream and shake their fists

They can't accept what happened...but, of course, they never do
It is so fun to mock them...it is something we must do

When the SwiftVets came along...they were soon attacked
But the truth was on their side...for the traitor it's payback

When all the votes were counted...Bush had won it once again
But the RATS can't stop counting...what a bunch of girlymen

For some reason, I am really in the Christmas spirit this year. Maybe it is because it has been my best year in business. Maybe it is because our side won. Maybe it is because the other side is so darn unhappy. That is a trifecta, folks.

Some decades ago, a Soviet Communist functionary by the name of Rudolph was at home with his wife. She looked out the window, and said "Look, Rudolph, I think it's snowing."

"No, it's just rain," replied Rudolph.

An hour later, his wife said "Rudolph, it's sleeting."

Again, Rudolph replied "No, it's just rain."

"How can you be so sure?" she asked.

Somewhat impatiently, he replied "Rudolph the Red knows rain, dear."

(Slightly inspired by the old Capitol Steps bit about losing candidates, set to the tune of "have yourself a merry little Christmas"):

Have yourself a Kerry little Christmas
Cozy all the way
While the seat of power lies so far away

You'll be just one more lib in the Senate
Thanks to W
You won't live on Pennsylvania Avenue
So have yourself a Kerry Little Christmas now

Ketchup heiress has lots of dough
Lots and lots of dough, to spend
It won't buy you the White House, though
'Cause the voters know, my friend

Mondale, Gore, and also Mike Dukakis
Know just how you feel
When you're seen, you just don't have any appeal
So have yourself a Kerry Little Christmas, now.

You know Daschle and Harkin And Biden and Clinton,

Hollings and Kerry And Byrd and Leahy.

But do you recall The most famous Liberal of all?

Teddy the red-nosed Rich boy. Had a very guilty face.

And if you ever touched it. You would have to wash for days.

All of the other rich kids. Used to laugh and call him names.

They never let poor Teddy. Live up to his family's fame.

Then one foggy summer night Teddy's heard to say...

Mary with your blouse so tight. Cant we take a ride tonight?

Then all his comrad's helped him. And they covered up with glee

Teddy the red-nosed rich boy. You'll serve till your 103!

BigC. :o)

Many thanks, trooper (and of course, thanks even more for your distinguished service). Atlas isn't too happy with me at present. We went to the vets for routine booster shots, and he weighed in at 89, a gain of about 8 since spring (although he doesn't look fat). So the word has come down: the one pig ear a day habit is over, and what few table scraps he had been getting have been cut off.

I keep telling him it's for his own good, but he's not buying it.

Too bad the foulevil creature is now the "Grand Old Lion" of the dems, instead of prisoner # 123456, as he should be. Oh well, that's why I believe in God, as justice will be served someday.

"the one pig ear a day habit is over..."

Oh no! Not Maddie's sweet potato pie the Pigs ears! LOL. I can only imagine what my Mastiff/Ridgeback mix would have to say about that!

She'd probably substitute the Taurus.

From the WASH POST ---

"This is the best election night in history," says Terry McAuliffe, the Democratic National Committee chairman and designated carnival barker. It is just before 8 p.m., which may be recalled as the high point of the evening for John Kerry. McAuliffe is bounding into the lobby of the Fairmont Copley Plaza, home to the Kerry-Edwards "victory" celebration and a mob of Kerry lovers -- or, more to the point, Bush haters. They are ecstatic, even though no network has called any battleground state for anyone, exit polls have fluctuated all day and no responsible neutral party is predicting anything.

"This is the best election night in history"

It most certainly was Terry. Thanks for all your help in making it so.

How many times can one man put his foot into his mouth? Terry has to hold the Guiness record.
