Common sense is missing among the WA State Supremes. Apparently they never heard of the fact parents are supposed to look out for their children's interests and a child's privacy is a matter of privilege.
Is this for real? Yeah I know it is real.
You all look up vicarious consent and a special case Pollock v. Pollock it happened here in Kentucky and I have used it.
I think Wash State needs to revamp their system.
