Doesn't sound like a gene problem for Barlow. Sounds like homosexuality was a choice in her life so what does that say for the "gay" gene. By the way this case should be a no-brainer. Jones had nothing to do with the birth. She contributed no genes and didn't carry the child to term. In my book she should get nothing. She has no genetic claim here at all.

Sickness destroys unless it is cured.

These two lesbians should have sought help rather than union.

The fertility clinic should not have artifically inseminated one of them so they could pretend to be two mommies since that only encouraged their sickness.

One has received healing, but now the child must suffer because nobody had the courage to simply say, "No! That's sick."
