There isn't enough parking space at the San Onofre check point to park double the number of patrol cars.
You never see more than 4 or 5 working so the majority must be having coffee and entertainment!
Put them to work nailing employers and the illegals that work for them and they wouldn't need those highway check points.
But at least it LOOKS like they're doing something. It's always worked in the past.
