BUCHAREST, Romania (AP) - Romanian troops operating in Afghanistan have discovered an important weapons cache near Kandahar, the Defense Ministry said Sunday.
A patrol from the Romanian "Daring Eagles" infantry battalion discovered the cache some six kilometers (about four miles) east of Kandahar.
They called a U.S. de-mining squad to the site and searched the area together, finding two containers buried underground, the ministry added.
Inside, they found four cannons, 98 grenade launchers, and dozens of machine guns and rifles.
Romania has about 500 troops participating in the international coalition in Afghanistan.
Just because we haven't found everything yet, doesn't mean they don't exist.
Seems the coalition forces are still finding buried weapons in Afghanistan, after three years. Who knows what we may find in Iraq too.
Thank you Romania for participating.
The whole country is an Ammo Dump. Both of them! The Kerry people found a lot of the missing Munitions, maybe they know more than they let on!!
The UN yurned their heads while these other countries sold this stuff to Saddam, surely they know what they sold him, maybe they will give us or the UN a list of what they sold to Saddam!?? Maybe the Dummo's have a list!!
The Dummo's press releases seemed to coincide with the Terrorists Press releases, maybe they will help us out!??
After all they are Americans First !! Aren't they?

Hmmmmm. According to the Demorats we are doing this alone. I guess they have a different opinion on what "going it alone" means. Kind of like they have a different opinion of what a "loser" is.
Depends on how many people they got using metal detectors.
Is using dogs to sniff out those weapons more effective ?
