Its the FTAA. He wants to integrate North and South America into a hemispheric union like the European Union. He thinks its a good thing, that are soon to be partners Venezuela and Argentina are making deals with China so that China can establish a presence in our hemisphere and influence those countries to vote against us whenever possible.
