Playing dumb on purpose? What makes you think they are going to all of sudden follow the law? What incentive do they have under Bush's plan to come out of the dark and expose themselves? We need to elininate the illegals first then implement some sort of worker plan. Not just forgive them years of breaking the law.
Before you get control of the immigration issue, wouldn't it be prudent to control the inlux of NEW illegals? You know the answer is yes, and the reason they are not worrying about it is because they don't care.
