This seems pretty simple and also sorta safe.
We are under no obligation to legalize illegal aliens. If we don't have the guts to deport them, I still see no reason to give them amnesty. They will be our low paid serf labor force. At the same time tighten up the border and our visa process which should be done anyway, would wouldn't you agree? Regardless of what happens with George Bush's amnesty efforts.
