the french did not stop beheading people until the 1970s.
paul gauguin, the post-impressionist artist, ran with a sketch book to a public beheading, anxious to capture the event on paper. i believe this was ~1890.

Murderous muslim garbagem in Mexico? Their were not Muslims then, since Mohamed had not yet been born. However their were Arabs. Maybe a few drifted across the Atlantic and spread their so called "culture" there? Islam is Arab culture's method of metastasizing.
