Ok, she was appointed by Clinton. How do federal judgeships get to be up for grabs? Someone have to retire, step down, or die? Or can the President just try and replace judges? Any idea? Curious.
Federal judges have to be impeached, unfortunately. That means a majority of the House and Senate.
That said, his suggestion that we treat federal judges like Democrats treat cars with Bush stickers is a good idea.
