I want to say to all the decent right-thinking Canadians here and on Free Dominion that we very much appreciate your courteous reception of our President. There may be a lot of hostility against Canada expressed on this site, but it most certainly is not directed at you, but the blame America first Chretien/Parrish crowd. Please don't take it personally.

Yes he did :-). As for the caller, it's bad BUT not that bad. It's also what province you live in that matter too. Pronvince here have more power belive it or not. If the province don't like anything cxoming out of Ottawa they can give the middle finger. Only problem is we don't have a premeir that will exercise it.

President Bush coming has made me feel alot better about our relationship with The US, but there's still work to be done to mend fences and patch things up. Things between us should never have been allowed to deteriorate to this level, it's just plain wrong, not to mention upsetting - it bugs me alot.
I think I'll change my tagline for a while.

Harper has a private meeting with Bush later today. He's taking Myron Thompson with him, the MP from Wild Rose . His son is serving with U.S. forces in Kuwait..
