What dream world are you living in? These people DO NOT "acclimate"...they cannot acclimate & remain true followers of Mohammed. At best, they are "sleeper" subversives who are enjoying all the liberties & economic advantage that life under Sharia Law in Iran would never aford them. They are like tape worms...for awhile everything seems to be okay, the worm & the host seem to co-exist with little more damage than a little weight loss for the host. Then, BAM, the host is dead and everyone's standing around with mouths agape, telling some news reporter, "Gee, I'm so surprised! They were such quiet people and kept to themselves...."
