DOBBS: House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Sensenbrenner led the fight to include recommendations of the September 11 Commission to prevent illegal aliens from obtaining driver's licenses.

Congressman Sensenbrenner and House Intelligence Committee chairman Pete Hoekstra will be here to talk about why the negotiations failed and why Congress is refusing to protect the American people.

Tonight, anger and defiance on Capitol Hill after Congress failed to pass a sweeping Intelligence Reform Bill. One of the main reasons: Congress' refusal to support a measure to bar illegal aliens from obtaining driver's licenses.

Vice President Cheney came up to the capitol today, huddled behind closed doors with Congressman James Sensenbrenner, trying to break this log jam on 9/11 reform, but that meeting ended, and there was yet another stalemate.

( HENRY: Sensenbrenner wants to ban states from giving driver's licenses to illegal immigrants. He says Senate negotiators are too scared to challenge powerful lobbyists who oppose the provision.

HENRY: Not even President Bush calling from Chile on Friday night could stop Sensenbrenner. Observers say it's up to the president to face down fellow Republicans.

If this is the bill that contains provisions to create (or further expand; the scum have *already* created it in effect) a National-Socialist ID Card, I don't care WHY the bill dies, as long as it dies.

Wanting to do my part, I E-Mailed both the President and
Congressman Sensenbrenner to express my thoughts. Here is
the message to the President:


"Please do not push the bill allowing illegal aliens
driver's licenses, benefits and health care. This
MUST NOT happen.

You see that Arizona passed the Proposition to deny
benefits to "illegals" and you will recall that we
in California passed Proposition 187 years ago only
to have that overturned by one of the so called "judges"
who legislates from the bench. Additionally, you are
aware of the pressure we put on Govern Schwarzenegger
NOT to sign the driver's license bill.

If mania is allowed to continue, I guarantee there will
be a backlash like no one would ever suspect.

With respect to guest workers, we will consider that
option once and only when the borders are closed and
illegals are not rewarded for breaking the law.
