We have several Asian deer hunters in this neighborhood. You wouldn't want to tangle with them either ~ all were senior Non-Coms in the Republic of Vietnam equivalent of our Special Forces.
They have large freezers where they keep the meat.

For your information, the CIA recruited thousands of Hmong soldiers for help with destroying supply lines and rescue down pilots. No need to associate Hmong soldiers with Vietnamese soldiers.
