Don't you remember the October surprise of missing plastic explosive, or the phony exit polls in the morning? Forgot about Larry O'Donnel already? You can't possibly have forgotten about Ted Koppel badgering O'Neill because John would NOT say the words that 'journalist' Koppel wanted to put in his mouth. Have you forgotten Jennings and Brokaw defending Rather and his behavior?
I just don't understand. People at FR have GOT to get over this thing they still have with legacy media. These guys are just increasingly irrelevant. The oil-for-food scandal IS a BIG DEAL to everyone else, here, on various weblogs, anywhere but the LM. It's a new world.
