Let the whole neighborhood know about the dirty business they are in. You are totally protected under the 1st amendment as long as you keep it calm and don't block any streets or sidewalks. We did this with the Elk Grove pervert home. We haven't gotten rid of them yet, but it sure turned these guys comfy neighborhoods upside down.

Back in the 80s a state judge ruled that a housing project had to be built in a lower middle class, family oriented nabe in Yonkers (NY) after the residents got the city council and the mayor to oppose it. The judge further harangued the residents of the nabe as "racists" for not wanting the project built.
Long story short, for many weeks afterwards, people took turns day and night protesting outside his house in Scarsdale.
