I pray you're right. I see glimmers here and there - but if this is the future of "professional" journalism, then it will surely die.

They will die by their own hand, alone, with no one to miss them. Entire papers are losing circulation, once-proud newsrooms are preaching to empty seats every night, and they do not understand why.

This is sad.
