It seems to me in reading the petition that all the Secretary of State of Ohio has to show is that all PB are being counted uniformly, then the suite is dismissed.
Investigate every case of vote fraud and arrest the perps. That'll shut them up.

Bush just before America went to the polls. This time, they're hoping to pull some shenanigans to somehow taint a 3.5 million+ plurality over Komrade Kerry by President Bush.

I expected this when I could see ballots were being rejected in Democratic counties at a higher rate than Republican counties. Of course they will never admit the reason is their voters are more likely to try and vote without being registered. No, it must be a conspiracy!

Start with voter fraud.
Punish the Libertarians. Boycott journals such as Reason, Critical Review and Liberty. Encourage news agents to cease stocking them. Call on others not to purchase or subscribe to these magazines.
Go after the Cato Institute. Find a list of their contributors and demand they cease supporting them. Call on Republican congressmen not to use Cato fellows or employees as witnesses in Congressional testimony and refuse to accept Cato publications.
The Libertarians must pay a price. A brutal one. This cannot stand.
There is a reason for that. Florida Certifies there votes a lot ealier then Ohio. Florida already certified its votes, Ohio wont till the earliest Dec 1st.
The recount and lawsuites wont matter until sometime after Dec 1st. They couldnt do anything prior to that.
