"...new totals in the governor's race give Chris Gregoire a 324-vote lead over Dino Rossi."

That's reversed, Rossi has the lead.

Next scheduled report(s): Kittitas (750) overdue; Whitman (600) @3pm; Well here's an interesting surprise. King County, which claimed earlier to have 11,000 uncounted ballots, today reported 15,000 votes and claims there's another 4,000 ballots remaining. This narrows Rossi's projected lead, but doesn't predict a Gregoire victory. Of course, our model doesn't take into account the surprise discovery of thousands of previously non-existent ballots.

Too close to call, but your link shows Rossi with the 324 vote lead, if I read it correctly.

A few more votes counted today... now Rossi down by ~158.

Still about 21K votes to count. I really wish KING county was done counting.

That libertarian candidate really had a big effect on this race, didn't she?

King County won't be done counting until every pro-Rossi county is done. Otherwise, how do you expect them to know how many Gregoire votes to manufacture?

That's teh answer I didn't want to hear:( Especially with the DEM's out getting signatures redone on provisionals that were previously disallowed.

Exactly right. They will do everything they can to deliver this to Gregoire the way Johnson had the votes awarded to him over Thune.

I'm hoping Rossi pulls this out in spite of fraud, but if he doesn't guess who will get the GOP nomination against Cantwell in '06?
