Hell, we survived a rapist in the White House for eight years - this is nothing.

Not Quite Bubba brought us 911

“The Democratic Party had a huge wake-up call,” he said. “We saw the most important issue for voters is the candidate’s morals. Fifty-one percent of the country said we don’t agree with John Kerry’s morals. I’m ready for a true, respectful dialogue to begin between the two parties on moral issues.”

Why anyone would again attempt to have a "respectful dialogue" with a Democrat, after their performance this election season and on the prior one, is beyond me. A Democrat asking for a dialogue is like a terrorist asking for peace - to be taken at anything but face value. And they can thank Bill Clinton - and themselves for their support of him - for this sad state of affairs that they've found themselves in.

I was at a liberal bar in Madison today eating the chili (really good chili). Lots of libs in there watching the Packer game. They seemed not the least bit sad and were loudly cheering on the Packers. Life goes on and not much at all has really changed for them. (The show "What Not to Wear" would sure have a hay day in there. I would nominate total makeovers for almost everybody.)

they'll be able to breed more socialist offspring

Don't be silly. Liberals abort their offspring. Conservatives raise theirs to be conservatives.

We think we hate abortions. But 44 million dead liberals since Roe Vs. Wade can't be all bad.

The previous try on the WTC in '93 seemed like a wake-up call if there ever was one.

Condoleezza Rice vs Hillary Clinton is something I actively want. As far as I can see, the only possible problem with Condi is a lot of people may have a problem spelling her name, but other than that, I see nothing to stand in her way, how you?

No problem with her here. I'm more concerned about Cheney and his colds. Condi should be on top of the list for replacements...

These arrogant snots deserve every bit of the pain they're experiencing. Their bullying and name-calling have backfired on them, and it's time for payback. Keep wearing those Bush/Cheney buttons! Let's keep their misery alive.
Breaking the enemy's spirit is just as important as winning the election.

I agree, in fact I was discussing Cheney's "cold" with a friend of mine. We wonder if maybe Cheney just wants to step down. Because a new Vice-President for 4 years would basically be an endorsement for the '08 presidential election. Most likely, if Cheney does step down, Condi Rice or Rudy Giuliani are the 2 best bets for replacing him. Obviously Bush wouldn't want to rock the boat by causing an appointment or Special Election of a Senator or Congressman. That leaves only non-elected high profile well liked easy to confirm people to pick from. Leaving...? Condi and Rudy in my opinion.

IMO, Condi is perfect for 2008 (or sooner should the need arise, but hopefully won't). Dick Morris is pimping her candidacy which I can only hope doesn't hurt her chances ;-)

Yes, Dick Morris spoke at an event in Raleigh, North Carolina a few days ago,and he stated she would be the only candidate capable of beating Hillary.

How many of you are ready for CPR - on a massive scale?

Nah, not me. I wouldn't waste my breath on them. I'd rather give my dog mouth to mouth and his breath smells like Road Kill.

Come to think of it, that's pretty much what the smelly losers at the anti-war protests smelled like.
