Yep, they thought things out so as not to leave many tracks to follow. I hope the feds don't quit following the tracks they do have.
Leading up to 9/11/01 there was a very well organized theft ring stealing up to 80 video projectors throughout the Florida Community College Risk Consortium. None was ever recovered no one was ever caught. The thefts stopped in the Fall Semester of 2001. Coincidence or Financing?
