MSG can really make me sick with bad headaches and feeling awful. It can put weight on people faster than the carbs themselves. If you read labels you will find it in many products especially in the snack food industry's products. It is actually bad for everyone and should be banned but it is big business. It isn't necessary or wanted as far as I am concerned.
