She went from 219 lbs to 178 too? Most impressive.

No, she went from 192 to 138. She managed to get down to 122 when she was 21 years old and working real hard to get in shape. At 46, it is a bit more challenging. Dropping from a size 18 uniform to loose fitting size 10 was a nice change.

I don't care if I get the extra carbs but hate the MSG they put in almost everything nowadays. MSG can really make me sick with bad headaches and feeling awful. It can put weight on people faster than the carbs themselves. If you read labels you will find it in many products especially in the snack food industry's products. It is actually bad for everyone and should be banned but it is big business. It isn't necessary or wanted as far as I am concerned.
