"Straight male seeks Bush supporter for fair, physical fight," reads a recent posting on Craigslist.org, the popular nationwide bulletin board. "I would like to fight a Bush supporter to vent my anger." A joke? No, says Paul Valerio, 34, a graphic designer from Oakland, Calif., who told us yesterday that he's ready to rumble but hasn't gotten any takers yet. "I'm 6-foot-1 and 236 pounds. I think that's a heavyweight category," he said, then warned all comers: "I can hold my own." Guess all we need now to settle this is a willing red-stater and some airfare."

Well, I'm 5'10" , 240lbs and bench 415+. And I'm not much of a fighter (I guess I never really had to be). Just because you are big, don't mean your bad. Its the 120lbs dude with a .357 you gotta worry about.

I wonder what he bases that on? Until I started training regularly, I thought I could too. Now that I've had my butt whipped by better guys over the past several years, I know how much I was mistaken.
He's not worth the effort though.

I'd also like to add that a 'graphic designer' that weighs 236 pounds doesn't sound like a threat. A construction worker, or a marine, yes. Graphic designer? No.
