I bet you are. Your gun will be garbage though, because it's electronic and requires batteries. It will fail, but you won't care. You gat your money and praise from all the feel good ninnie nannies.
...not to mention when the gun fails because you didn't grip it just right, or because it has dirt and/or blood on it. In general, more complex weapons just fail more.
If you don't want others shooting your gun, then don't let them get it.
