This is starting to be a great evening. A win for President Bush, pickups in the House and Senate, and, hopefully, we can get rid of the sanctimonious squish Spector.

I hope Specter goes down. I can't stand the guy... he is really loathsome in the thoroughness of his corruption. I would not mind losing a Senate seat for one term to be rid of him - it would be worth it. Better to have an honest opponent than one who claims to be a friend only long enough to slip the dagger in.

I'm no Specter fan, either. But Fox News has just called Specter the winner there. Wish Bush were, too.

Well, if we're gonna lose PA - we may's well throw out the dead skunk floating in the bath water as well.

After President Bush saved his hide in the primaries, Spector reverted to form and pretty much promised that as head of the Judiciary Committee - which he is in line for - there would be no more justices like Thomas and Scalia.

Sorry to be a jerk...but Bush handed Spectre his win over Toomey because "Bush/Cheney won't win with a conservative Senate candidate." Now Bush has probably lost Pennsylvania and Spectre may as well.
