Video camera with a zoom, a parabolic mike, and a moderately fast car are the solutions to this kind of stuff. Document it, and get it to the courts and the media ASAP.

Since you and I chatted about these photo cell phones and pdas, I talked to retire cop with a lot friends who still are cops.

They feel these new photo phones will be an incredible crime busting and prevention advance. They are so effective, they expect the ACLU to start moves to ban the evidence from these phones.
