HundredPercenter's 10 Reasons to Vote Bush [By A Former Democrat]

I was born and raised a democrat. I suppose my family assumed that the democrats were for the working man and the Republicans were for the rich. Frankly, my family and I were duped. Even though I never really took an interest in politics, prior to 9/11, I was always proud to be an American.

After 9/11, my perspective on life changed from greedy capitalist, which I proudly am, to extreme Nationalist.

I was appalled at how the democrats, my party, tried to divide America after 9/11. I saw how they planted the seeds of contempt and plotted to denigrate a sitting President who was leading our great nation into war. The behavior of my fellow democrats, after 9/11, made me despise the party that I never loved nor hated.

The fact of the matter is, I was in front of the Towers when the first airplane struck on September 11, 2001. I saw the devastation and the evil that confronted my nation on that beautiful sunny morning. I, like many other Americans, wanted offensive measures to be taken by my President, to avenge the deaths of so many innocents. Unfortunately, I have seen the liberal democratic left aim their vitriol and anger towards President Bush, instead of the terrorists.

The democrats cheapen our war against Islamic-fascism. They say it's all Bush's fault. They claim the President is putting our soldiers at risk to enrich his "oil buddies", who are already rich beyond comprehension. The radical lefts conspiracy theories, to me, demonstrate how out of touch the democrats are, with regards to the seriousness of the war. A war that does not begin or end with capturing or killing Bin Laden or suppressing the Iraqi terrorists.

One example of their lack of acumen, with regards to the Islamic threat, is the democrat position that N. Korea was a greater danger than Iraq. They assert that the United States should have engaged N. Korea instead of Iraq. My question to those people is, how many Islamic militants live in N. Korea?

After 9/11, I became a junkie for political news and information. I am in the business of gathering information for financial purposes, so it came easy to me. I never truly understood what the differences were between the Republican and Democratic parties, only what I was told as a young man growing up in Brooklyn.

After finding out what both parties embodied, I realized that I was not a Democrat , but a Nationalistic Republican. Furthermore, after enlightening my family, they realized too that their moral beliefs about God and Country were one and the same with the Republican Party. Needless to say, My Mother, Wife, both in-laws and many friends have switched to the Republican Party, because of my prodding, since 9/11.

Six months ago, I decided to start HundredPercenter.com, in order to vent my mental frustration. In addition to venting, I wanted to provide a news source that did not describe American soldiers as "occupiers" and terrorists as "fighters". I wanted to provide information from a God fearing, nationalistic perspective; America first.

There are many reasons why I believe George W. Bush should be re-elected. To simplify matters, I have compiled my top 10 reason why I think he deserves 4 more years.

1. To make sure our troops at war are respected by the office of the President.

2. To ensure that America stays on the offense- to annihilate America's enemies.

3. To make sure partial birth abortions, killing of 8 month old babies and sale of their body parts for "science", remains illegal.

4. To preserve the sanctity of marriage. Just because heterosexuals are mucking it up, does not mean that we should kick it in the teeth and entirely debase marriage.

5. To make sure our intelligence agencies and military gets the proper funding they need.

6. To make sure that communism-light does not take control of the U.S economy. Reject class warfare- higher taxes- and overall weakening of the economy for insane Government controlled health care.

7. To make sure that God remains in the public square, that includes the Pledge of Allegiance, currency, and cross memorials. Separation of church and state does not mean the eradication of Christianity, which are the principles our country was founded on.

8. To make sure that The United States does not bow to the demands of foreign nations, such as France, Germany, Iran, N. Korea or the UN.

9. To give the Vietnam Veterans, who were denied the support they deserved during the 1970's, the victory they want by defeating John Kerry.

10. To make sure Michael Moore, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Yasser Arafat, Al Franken, Dan Rather, Sean Penn, George Clooney and other Hollywood idiots, ACLU lawyers, The Dixie Chicks, Terry McCauliff, Dennis Kucinich, Head of the NAACP, CAIR and other Anti-american groups NEVER get invited to the White House for dinner.

I guess somebody needs to break the news to Malachy that the neocons aren't nationalists, they're corporate globalists.
