Just got back from the polls in Dade, people who voted early's names are still on the voter rolls, nobody is checking them.

Already did, the lawyers are on it, you will eventualy show up as having voted twice but there is no way to undo the damage, your 2 votes still count.

This is exactly what I thought would happen. The missing absentee ballots were filled out somewhere off site and dumped into the system. They mailed out more, which can be returned as absentee votes, and when they didn't get their absentee votes last week, people lined up for early voting. If there is no coordination and cross checking, thousands of people can vote 3 times. This STINKS!

The names were supposed to have been updated, a judge refused the GOP request because Broward promised upated list by 7:00 A.M.

The list is not updated in Dade, I don't know if Broward kept their word to the judge.

I hope the newspapers that conducted extensive recounts after the 2000 election pursue fraud with as much intensity.

Anybody caught voting multiple times must come under jurisdiction of the Rico Law and lose their home and property as well as being forever stricken from voting again!

Someone on another thread just gave this number to call for voter fraud. 202-514-2000, and ask for a Voting Rights Attorney. They didn't give the name of the agency, but it is government.

People who vote twice should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Lets stop with the paranoia guys....

I voted early....and they "check" you in....when you get checked in...they cancel you out...the voter rolls are updated daily....you would have to go to another precinct...and they won't let you vote there unless you are registered in that precinct...If you insist on voting...the procedure is to call upstate to the Sec of State office to change your address...it will then show up if you voted.....

To be able to vote twice you need the election workers to be in on the fraud....

Votor fraud by an official should be a capital crime. (okay maybe that's a little bit of an emotional reaction.)

Er, yes.

And you think democrat poll takers aren't in on the fraud?

(Not all - maybe even a few democrat government workers are somewhat honest, but you only need enough in a couple of districts to change things at the end.)

I used to be a Democrat and I do believe they have a motto "Vote Early and vote Often!". Sad but they will do anything to win.

Are there GOP poll watchers where you voted? What's the law in FL?
