dont know if anyone answered you -- i dont see one -- but this is what $3 means.
You say someone is a 3 dollar bill. Ron is as queer as a 3 dollar bill. Its an older saying...my dad uses it all the time lol... its funny.
And I thought he was gay for some time but then at funeral I saw his wife so who knows. Maybe she is a beard....like Jim McGreevey my great gov! lol
