An SUV jumped a curb and struck a mother as she pushed her baby boy in a jogging stroller at Ponce de Leon Avenue and Lullwater Road Monday, police said. The impact threw the woman into a nearby ravine, but left the toddler crying in the stroller where it remained on the sidewalk. Both victims are expected to be okay.

Another rogue SUV strikes again. Had to read a few lines to find out it actually had a driver.

There wasn't a Bush/Cheney sticker on the stroller, was there?

Why do the SUVs hate us? Will they issue a tape of demands, so we can just get along together?

It may have been pretending to be parked and then suddenly jumped the curb to attack.

"Wayward SUV Strikes Mom, Stroller"Minor little detail left out of the headline. The stroller was occupied by a snotty little abortion-dodger.

An SUV jumped a curb... Damn! These suckers are getting smarter and more agile with every passing day. We must pass more laws.

Wayward SUV Strikes Mom, Stroller I'm sure with proper counseling, this "wayward" little SUV will start behaving like a model citizen.

I'm always weary of parked SUV's when I walk through my neighborhood every evening. The yellow Suburban on the corner is especially nasty. It chased my twice in one week, nearly herding me into the path of an oncoming Escalade the second time around. I've noticed they're starting to work in pairs, and eventually I think they'll hunt and kill in packs.
Be safe. Never approach an SUV that you don't already know. And NEVER, I repeat NEVER accept a ride from an SUV. They will roll over and crush you before you can say "Yugo!"

This senseless slaughter on the part of SUV's only happens in red states, I bet.

No. It was on the SUV, of course. The pram had a sKerry-Eduardo sticker on it.

Another instance of a mother and her baby trying to interfere with the important telephone conversation of the driver of an SUV. Saw a guy driving a black Hummer this morning, talking on a 'phone and waiving his arms around like crazy. He was stopped at a light and I was going the other way but I wouldn't want to have been around him if the guy on the other end told him to pound salt.
