Kerry won't have to make gay marriage legal - he'll just appoint a judge who will do it for him. That way he can have it both ways.
Exactly. He's already stated he won't let his personal faith interfere with other people doing whatever they want, regardless of the consequences and ignoring his own use of the scripture "faith without works is dead."
