Why are you so skeptical ? I have heard this stuff from a lot of different sources, like I mentioned before: Bill Gertz said in on Rush's show a few weeks ago. I'm thinking Cliff May may have written along these lines.
Why would it have to be a democrat that would theorize that the CIA was against Bush. He is known for runnning a tight-lipped administration and yet it seems like the last 6 months there is report after report that was "leaked".

The holdovers from the eight years of Clinton are, unfortunately, still holdovers. Pres. Bush's attempt at instituing a new attitude just meant that the Lefties got to stay and do their evil best, at Langley and Foggy Bottom and the Pentagon and ......on and on it goes.
It is my fervent hope that with Pres. Bush getting a clear mandate on Tuesday, he will scrap this "let's all get along" and roll up his sleeves and say, "We're doing it MY way".
If he doesn't, he is going to subject himself to more of the skullduggery that these crafty Lefties are capable of, and they will continue to undermine the confidence that America has in their CinC.
