Justice Hillary (Kerry Considering Shrillary's Appointment to US Supreme Court)
US News and World Report ^ | November 8, 2004 | Paul Bedard

Hold on to your cloaks.

One scenario making the rounds in Washington is that if John Kerry is elected he'll nominate Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton to the US Supreme Court.

There she would judge as a 'law and order feminist' in order to buidl credientials to evetually run for president after Kerry.

Sounds crazy?

Senate and even White House insiders said some moderate and female Republican senators might go for it and OK the cofirmation.

lol, but just imagine... she'll be able to rent out the judicial chambers to people... it isn't the lincoln bedroom, but there always someone out there who'd love to "pretend" to be a justice for a day.

Funny! This is definitely a Rove planted story, part of the 72 hour GOTV strategy. Probably good for motivating another 250,000 lazy GOP voters to get out and vote.

I would love to see Hillary nominated. She would be exposed and destroyed in her Senate confirmation hearings.

She would never be confirmed. She would be Borked big time.

Hurlary, Hitlery, Hellary, Swillary ...

One thing we can be sure of.

She will continue to pester us, even as she begins to look more and more like Hellen Thomas (double-L intentional).

I bet we pay for all sorts of perks for the justices. I'm sure they have their own lavatories and other things that are stocked by the taxpayer. The only positive I can see in Hillary being a justice is that we'd save a lot of money on feminine napkins in Hillary's case.

"She would be exposed and destroyed"

I thought the same thing when she ran for the Senate.

Hillery gets what Hillery wants!

Sauce for the goose. Bork Hitlery. Lessons learned from Tommy Dachshund. One senator can hold up a nomination indefinetly even in the minority. Amazingly, Republicans just can't play that obstructionist game.

Maybe...but from what I've seen of the leadership in the Senate over the last 10 years...she'd fly right through.

Hitlerbitch would never get a confirmation hearing----she'd be held up in committee----UNLESS, which is entirely possible, about 12-14 spineless republicans voted to cut off a filibuster. Snowe, Specter, McCain...never mind...with overwhelming bipartisan support Justice Clintoon is confirmed unanimously by the republican controlled Senate.

A Rove plant, it MUST be! Only a megalomaniacal mind could concoct a threat this hideous.
